Fresh fruit salad with blue Curacao

- 1 small golden delicious apple
- 4 pears
- 1 banana
- 200 grams of cherries
- 4 apricots
- 2 peaches, all washed, peeled and with stones and cores removed, cut
into small pieces and moisten with lemon juice (keep the yellow peel
of 1 lemon to one side)
- 200 grams sugar
- ¼ litre of orange juice
- 3 spoons of blue curacao syrup (do not use the liquor)
- a small pinch of salt

Put in the blender the lemon peel and juice, the orange juice,
salt, sugar, and the blue curacao syrup blend to mix well together. Put
the fruit into dishes and cover with the syrup, serve at once. |
