These biscuits were prepared for Christmas Eve and they were shaped
like small worms "bacherini".
Prepare the same mixture for "cenci", form some "bachini"
giving them the size of a finger, cut them in small pieces about 1 centimetre
long and fry them in very hot oil. When fried remove then from the pan
and put them on yellow paper in order to dry them, then sprinkle them
with icing sugar. They are very tasty, as "cenci", especially
if served with sweet sparkling wine.
